Self adhesive Insulation pins is also called self stick pins ,are used to fasten insulation material to walls
and ceilings ,it is rivets by a metal base and pin ,each metal base has a foam adhesive covered with a
release paper ,Self stick pins are used to fasten insulation materials to sheet metal quickly and easily ,
they works best on new or clean sheet metal ,once the insulation material is pierced onto the pin ,a
locking washer or a dome cap can be installed to hold the insulation material
Pin material -mild steel :must be annealed treatment ,easy for bend ;Zinc coated/copper

self adhesive insulation pin are used for fixing insulation materials on vertical application surfaces.
Self-adhesive standard insulation pins can be used only on straight, smooth, clean and dry surfaces.
Adhesive Surface must not be fingered. Insulation pin have a sticker backing to make placing easier.
They also have a unique Easy-Peel adhesive backing design so that there isn't any fumbling with the
