1. Why choose aluminum material wire to make the pins?
aluminum wire is soft, easily for bending. 2.7mm or 3mm pin diameter have enough strength to support the insulation material
2. why choose the galvanized steel plate or stainless steel plate for making the base?
0.4mm thickness steel or stainless steel plate is enough hardness to avoid deformed. Riveting firmly, nails will not fall off.
3. how to rustproof?
zinc coated or copper plating is rustproof treatment. the best material is stainless steel, but the cost is high.
