Cup head weld pins are used to fasten insulation materials onto duct work or other steel surfaces. The cup head pins are welded to the metal after they pierce through the insulation and make contact with the surface. A capacity discharge stud welding machine (CD) is necessary foruse with these pins.

Base Edge: Base edge is beveled to prevent cutting of insulation material. Flat washer style also standard.
