Woven Wire Mesh Quarry Screen are manufactured in either High Tensile Steel or Stainless steel, in either plain or intercrimp profiles,
and a variety of weave patterns, including square, rectangular and double or triple shute.
Huihao carries an extensive stock of ‘slab’ woven screens that can be cut and hooked to size on demand. The stock profiles have
been selected based on our customers’ preferences and local conditions, to ensure downtime is minimised and customised screens
are shipped to site and ready to be installed in days.

Heavy Screen Edges / Hooks of Woven Wire Mesh Quarry Screen
The most efficient heavy Woven Wire Mesh Quarry Screen are fitted with hooked edges to provide for tensioning. Unless otherwise
specified, hooked edges for heavy and medium type screen cloths are approximately 32mm long (from the inside of the bend to the
end of the hook) and at a 45-60º degree angle from the face of the screen cloth. Lighter screen cloths often use either fold back or
fold forward hooks, and are approximately 19mm high with a 13mm fold.
Side Edge Hooks: Suitable for most stationary inclined and horizontal screens
Different Side Clamping methods:
End Tensioned Hooks: Suitable for most mobile screens
End Tensioned Hooks: Suitable for Brick Plants and other industrial applications.
