1. Introduction & Specifications
Partial Thread: The studs have a pitch diameter weld base.
Diameter: Available in diameters from 1/4” through 1”.
Length: Length is before weld.
Stud diameters 1/2” and smaller will be approximately 1/8” shorter after welding.
Diameters of 5/8” and larger will be approximately 3/16” shorter after welding.
Material: Mild steel Or Stainless Steel
Typical Use : Where both minimum fillet and full thread strength are required

Arc Weld Studs for hand and automatic feed must conform to BS EN ISO 13918 standard
for threaded, unthreaded and internal threaded studs.
