BDEP Target Pins
Target Pins are a patented insulation fastener with an aerodynamic, embossed washer and a recessed nail head, to improve the quilting contour of the secured duct. Available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/8", 1-1/2", 2" and 2-1/8" lengths.
SSP Gold Seal Pins
Gold Seal Pins hold the duct liner in place and seal the hole created during insertion. Heat activated gold adhesive on the underside of the washer secures the pin to the liner facing during the welding process.
• Adhesive coating insulates the underside of the washer to allow welding on foil faced insulation.
• Do not store at or above 110F or pins may stick together.
• Gold Seal Pins also feature “dished washers” and precision formed
points to insure consistent penetration of duct liner.
• Gold Seal Pins are designed for use with all FG, RH, PBF, MF, CDMF Pinspotters.
• Gold Seal Pins available in 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/8", 1-1/2", 2”, 2-1/8", 2-1/2", 3" and 4" lengths.
CP Rib Pins
Duro Dyne Rib Pins (CP) have dished washers, ribbed nails for faster post-weld cooling and precision points to assure uniform quality. Available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/8", 1-1/2" and 2" lengths.
CTC Slope Pins
CTC Sloped Washer pins are a low cost insulation fastener, designed to provide a strong mechanical anchor point for duct liner, and a smooth transition from the insulation surface to the quilting depression. Available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/8", 1-1/2" and 2" lengths.
FTC Econo Point Pins
Econo Point FTC weld pins utilize a specially pointed nail to assure uniform welding. Available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/8", 1-1/2" and 2" lengths.
All of the above weld pin styles are used with FG, RH, PBF, MF, CDMF Pinspotters.
